(C.M. Application No. 61807 of 2014) This is an application for impleadment and summoning the newly impleaded opposite party no. 3.
Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that on transfer of Shri Praveer Kumar, Principal Secretary, Medical and Health, U.P., Lucknow Shri Arvind Kumar has joined as Principal Secretary, Medical and Health, U.P., Lucknow and on his joining, applicant sent copy of order of writ Court dated 15.07.2013 through register post on 14.07.2014, but he has not taken any action in compliance of the order of writ Court. Therefore, necessity of moving present application arose.
On due consideration, application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Shri Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary, Medical and Health, U.P., Lucknow as opposite party no. 3 within a week.
On impleadment of Shri Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary, Medical and Health, U.P., Lucknow as opposite party no. 3, let notice be issued to him, returnable at an early date.
