Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.C. Upadhyay learned Brief Holder for the State.
Despite time having been granted, Sri Upadhyay has been unable to obtain instructions.
Bearing in mind the nature of prayers which are addressed, the ends of justice would merit this petition being disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to duly consider any representation that the petitioner may make with respect to his transfer from Shamli to Etawah in accordance with law.
Subject to the petitioner moving the first respondent within a period of two weeks from today, the first respondent may consider the representation so made in accordance with law and dispose it of with expedition and preferably within a month therefrom.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in the above terms.
