JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. In the short contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the proceedings have been initiated without conducting enquiry under Sub-Section 1 of Section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure having been made.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner is living in Lucknow, whereas complaint has been lodged in Hardoi.
3. Issue notice to respondent no.2 through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardoi, returnable on 18.8.2014.
4. List on 18.8.2014.
5. In the meantime, further proceedings shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
