2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioners have challenged ad- interim order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal. However, the main proceeding pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal itself has been decided.
3. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
