Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to issue a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the retiral benefits i.e. Leave Encashment for the period about 300 days, within the time stipulated by this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case any appropriate representation/application is moved by the petitioner before the competent authority, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
With the consent of the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present writ petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Competent Authroity to look into the grievance of the petitioner and for the said purpose in case any application/representation is moved by the petitioner within two weeks time from today, definitely, the same would be looked into, examined and remedied within six weeks' further time from the date of production before him.
