2. This petition is directed against the concurrent findings of the courts below holding the petitioner guilty of the offence punishable under section 138 of N.I. Act. The petitioner has not made out any error of jurisdiction or patent error in the findings recorded by the courts below so as to exercise jurisdiction under section 397 Cr.P.C.
Consequently, the criminal revision petition is dismissed. Amount in deposit shall be released to the respondent.
