After the matter had been heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that this petition may be dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars and to bring on record the notifications under which provisions of law the land was acquired in 1976.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
