RAM MOHAN REDDY , presented this petition under Section 24 of CPC. praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to withdraw the O.P.No.127 of 2013 on the file of Family Court at Warangal and transfer the same to the Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Rangareddy district.
And whereas, the High Court, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. RAM MOHAN REDDY , Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted.
