The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 08.8.2021 registered as Case Crime No.578 of 2021 under Section 304-A I.P.C. Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
After substantial arguments once we have declined to intervene in the matter then learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open for the petitioner to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
