Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1, Additional Commissioner (Administration), Allahabad Region, Allahabad to decide the Revision No. C20150200001769 (Dr. Uday Raj Singh Vs. Smt. Sulema Bano and others) filed by the petitioner within a time specified by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that a revision filed by the petitioner against an order passed in proceedings under Section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act for correction of papers is pending consideration since the year 2015. It has been submitted that the lower court record has already been received.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1/Additional Commissioner (Administration), Allahabad Region, Allahabad to decide the revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
