Heard Shri Narendra Singh for the petitioner and Shri Jitendra Rana holding brief of Shri Vivek Verma for the respondent no.1. In view of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is not necessary to issue notices to the respondent nos.2 and 3.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to release his arrears of salary from January 2018. In respect of his claim, the petitioner is stated to have filed a representation before the respondent no.3-Principal, Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra on 8 September 2018, Annexure-3 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3-Principal, Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra to decide the petitioner's representation dated 8 September 2018, Annexure-3 to the writ petition, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Along with the certified copy of this order, the petitioner shall also provide a copy of the representation dated 8 September 2018.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
