. RESPONDENT(S) WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri K. UDAYA SRI presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ (1) in declaring that the action of the respondents in placing the petitioner under suspension vide proceedings No.F.No.1916 dated : 20.01.2013 (20.01.2014) is illegal and arbitrary and malafide exercise of power (2) declare memorandum of charges dated : 04.04.2014 are illegal, concocted and malafide;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.UDAYA SRI Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri K.RamaKanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
