Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondents No.1&2. Sri V.K.Chandel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.3.
Issue notice to respondents No.4,5&6.
Counter affidavit may be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List immediately thereafter.
Till the next date of listing, the petitioners shall be permitted to continue on the post of lecturer on Honorarium basis.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, where the petitioners have established a prima facie case that the persons having lower marks than the cut off marks have been called and selected whereas the petitioners having higher marks than the cut off marks have been left out. As an interim measure, it is provided that the petitioners shall be allowed to continue on the post held by them in the Institution.
