2. Learned counsel for petitioner could not dispute that against the orders impugned in this writ petition, petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of making Reference before Chancellor under Section 68 of U.P. State Universities Act, 1973. He also could not advance any substantive argument so as to persuade us not to relegate the petitioner to avail the aforesaid statutory alternative remedy.
3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of statutory alternative remedy.
