The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 27.02.2019 passed in Writ A No.25071 of 2018 (Dr Surendra Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P. & Others).
Today when the matter was taken up, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the opposite party, the same is taken on record. It appears from perusal of the same that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed. However, in case applicant is still aggrieved it is open for the applicant to approach the authority concerned, if so advised.
