***** THIS CCC COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, RAVI MALIMATH J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This Petition has been filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.56894- 56934 of 2015 on 18-12-2015 has been disobeyed. In terms whereof, a mandamus was issued to respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to pay arrears and other emoluments. Since the same was not done, this instant petition is filed.
2. A counter affidavit is filed by accused No.2. He has tendered his unconditional apology for the delay in complying with the order of the learned Single Judge within the time frame.
3. The reasons are accepted. The delay is condoned. They have also enclosed Annexure-R1 dated 16-7-2019 which indicates the compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Hence, we do not find any ground to proceed further. Accordingly, contempt proceedings are dropped.
However, liberty is granted to complainant to challenge the endorsement in a manner known to law.
