O R D E R Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that in view of the fact that matter is listed before trial Court for final arguments, prayer sought for in the present petition would not survive for namely, directing the trial Court to pass orders. Hence, he prays for petition being dismissed as having become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No opinion is expressed on the merits of case.
