Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit ad idem that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of the Cognate Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.48194-198/2018 and allied matters disposed of on 21.12.2018.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order referred to above. The respondent- University shall send the answer papers of the petitioners in terms of the Ordinance dated 15.06.2012, as worked out in paragraphs 25 and 26 of the order referred to above, for 5th evaluation, forthwith.
