Petitioner has approached this Court for issuing a direction upon the authorities of State to consider his claim for for absorption under Section 31-E of the U.P. Higher Education Service Commission Act, 1980.
Bunch of writ petitions with leading Writ Petition No. 23461 of 2018 (Dr. Geetika Nagar Vs. State of U.P. and others) involving similar controversy, have been disposed of by this Court on 21.2.2019.
In view of the directions already issued in the aforesaid bunch of writ petitions, this writ petition is also disposed of, requiring the respondents to consider petitioner's claim for absorption and pass appropriate orders in light of the observations made therein, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
