JUDGMENT / ORDER

None is present to press this revision on behalf of the revisionist.
The revisionist Dr. Sudha Gupta filed this revision against the order dated 30.04.1997 passed by Judge, Family Court, Jhansi, in Case No. 139 of 1994 (Dr. Sudha Gupta Vs. Dr. Rajesh Gupta), for maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
As per the law laid down by this Court, in the case of Jawahar Lal @ Jawahar Lal Jalaj Vs. The State of U.P. decided on 05.08.2015 passed in Case U/s 482/378/407 No. 1994 of 2011, this revision is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
The interim order, if any, is vacated.
