The petition seeks a direction to the trial court to frame charge against the respondent within stipulated time in compliance of order dated 26.11.2013 rendered in Case No.6849 of 2011, Case Crime No.747 of 2009 under Sections 420/465/471/427/182 I.P.C., Section 43/66 I.T. Act and Section 63 Copy Right Act, Police Station Hazratganj, District Lucknow.
Annexure-6 is order passed by this court on 21.5.2014 in case under Section 482 bearing No.2181 of 2014, Dr. Sudarshan Kumar v. Judicial Magistrate III, Lucknow & Anr. This court (Coordinate Bench) had directed the trial court to dispose of the case expeditiously, without unnecessary adjournments. The relief prayed in the present petition is related to the earlier order passed by my Coordinate Bench. It would be appropriate, if this petition is heard by the same Bench.
