This Company Petition is filed under section 433(e) (f) of the Companies Act, 1956 praying to pass an order for winding up of Avesthagen Limited, Unit No.3, Discoverer, 9th floor, International Tech Park, Whitefield Road, Bengaluru-560066, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and etc., This Company Petition coming on for orders, this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R Heard.
Memo of settlement is taken on record and reads as under:
“The respondent Company herewith pays a sum of Rs.4,55,216/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty five Thousand Two hundred and Sixteen only) Vide D.D.No.979476 dated 13.06.2019 for Rs.4,43,500/- and D.D.No.036001 dated 31.07.2019 for Rfs.11,716/- drawn on CITI BANK LTD, M.G.Road Branch, Bengaluru towards full and final settlement of pending salary dues of the petitioner in the above case. All statutory dues are the responsibility of the Respondent Company. The petitioner and respondent thereby pray that this Hon’ble Court may dismiss the above petition as withdrawn”.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that memo through e-mail has been communicated to the petitioner.
In terms of memo of settlement, Company petition stands disposed of.
