Cont.P. No. 1060 of 2017:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience and violation of the order passed in WP No. 32961 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016.
Cont.P. No. 1061 of 2017:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience and violation of the order passed in WP No. 32963 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016.
Cont.P. No. 1062 of 2017:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience and violation of the order passed in WP No. 32962 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016.
Cont.P. No. 1063 of 2017:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience and violation of the order passed in WP No. 36769 of 2016 dated 20.10.2016 Cont.P. No. 1064 of 2017:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience and violation of the order passed in WP No. 36768 of 2016 dated 20.10.2016 For Petitioner : Mrs. A.V. Bharathi in all the Contempt Petitions For Respondent : Mr. A. Kumar Special Government Pleader in all the Contempt Petitions COMMON ORDER When the above contempt petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court the separate orders dated 27.07.2017 passed by the respondent in favour of the petitioners, whereby, the respondent has approved and regularised the appointment of the petitioners.
2. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent by passing separate orders dated 27.07.2017, no further order is required to be passed in these contempt petitions. Accordingly, all the contempt petitions are closed. No costs.
