NAGAR II STAGE, BANGALORE MEASURING EAST TO WEST 9 METERS AND NORTH TO SOUTH 12 METERS TOTALING 108 SQ. METERS AND DIRECT THE RESPONDENT TO PAY SUITABLE COMPENSATION FOR NON DELIVERY OF THE SCHEDULE PROPERTY.

ORDER The plea of the petitioner is that a direction is issued to the respondent – BDA to deliver possession of site bearing No.24, J.P. Nagar 2nd Stage, Bengaluru.
2. A memo along with the communication dated 08.03.2019 is filed by the respondent indicating that possession of the site has been handed over to the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
