THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.355 of 2007 Between:
Dr. Sri K. Appala Naidu PETITIONER AND 1. The Election Commission of India, Nirvachan Sadan Ashoka Road, New Delhi – 1000, rep. by its Secretary, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
