JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ram Autar Singh,J.
This case has been put up before us in chamber in presence of parties and their counsel for settlement. The parties have arrived at compromise. All the disputes shall be deemed to be settled in view of the settlement agreement which will be filed by the parties before 5.2.2010.
The parties have agreed that the husband will pay Rs. 2,50,000/- as permanent alimony to his wife within the period stipulated in the settlement agreement.
