On the mention being made, as the applicant is appearing in person, the case has been taken up on priority basis.
The applicant wife states that the respondent husband had sought transfer of case no. 19 of 2009 (Dr. Smt. Alka Gupta Vs. Dr. Rajendra Kumar Saini) and this Court vide order dated 21.1.2014 has directed it to be stayed till the next date of listing.
The aforesaid case was connected with the present divorce petition and therefore it is in the fitness of things that both the cases be either heard at Kanpur or at Lucknow.
Issue notice to the respondent by registered post.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Divorce Case no. 831 of 2008 (Dr. Rajendra Kumar Saini Vs. Dr. Alka Gupta) pending before the Family court at Kanpur Nagar shall remain stayed.
