Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It has been stated that petitioner was appointed as a lecturer in B.Ed department of Atma Ram Mahavidyalay, Alapur Badaun, District Badaun affiliated to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly under self finance scheme. The appointment of the petitioner was approved by the Vice Chancellor of the said University on 11.09.2017, and since then he has been working as lecturer. However on 20.05.2019 his service has been orally terminated by respondent no. 3.
Sri Rohit Pandey appearing for respondent no. 2 states that petitioner has already approached the Vice Chancellor of the University vide representation dated 28.05.2019 which is annexed as annexure 2 to the writ petition and the Vice Chancellor may asked to decide the representation in accordance with law.
In view of the statement made by Sri Rohit Pandey, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the respondent nos. 3 and 4, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction this writ petition is disposed of.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
