N.Khetty, Advocate for R3) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to declare that the petitioner is entitle for transfer from R-1 Institute in any other recognized teaching hospital approved for compulsory rotary internship training in the vicinity to complete his remaining internship training period of ten months including community medicine posting and etc.
This Writ Petition is coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The learned counsel for respondent No.1- Institution submits that the amount due in terms of the Government Order bearing No.HFW 192 RGU 2014 Bengaluru, dated 30/09/2015 to the petitioner shall be calculated and paid to him within a period of two weeks, after adjusting the lawful dues, if any.
2. It is made clear that these lawful dues shall not be the amount otherwise recoverable from the petitioner in respect of his refusal to stay in the hostel.
In terms of the above undertaking of the first respondent-college, to make the payment within a period of two weeks from today, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
Costs made easy.
