3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus directing the VI Additional Principal Family Court, Bangalore, to hear and dispose of the application in I.A.No.3/2018 in G and WC No.237/2018 granting visitation rights to petitioner within a period of four weeks.
4. After perusal of the records, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Family Court, Bangalore, to decide the application I.A.No.3/2018 in G and WC No.237/2018, if not already decided, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
