The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 24.11.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.9815 of 2020 (Dr Shobh Nath Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Before proceeding in the matter, let two copies of the present contempt application be served upon Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for opposite party within 24 hours.
Put up this matter on 10.08.2021 as fresh showing the name of Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel as counsel for opposite party.
In the meanwhile, Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel will seek instructions/file affidavit of compliance in the matter.
