Despite the order dated 24.4.2013, the office has not given any report about the service of notice on respondent no. 5. Form the order-sheet, it is not clear that whether any step has been taken by the petitioner to serve the respondent no. 5. Office is directed to give report in this regard by the next date of listing. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Union Public Service Commission, Allahabad has wrongly been impleaded as the party, in fact, it is the U. P. Public Service Commission and he may be permitted to make necessary correction. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the array of the party. The petitioner has filed an affidavit of service annexing the receipt of the notice. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the U.P. Public Service Commission. Let the petitioner may serve the copy of the notice to Sri V.P. Mathur, learned counsel for the U.P. Public Service Commission within a period of one week.
