The writ petition has been filed for issuing a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 25.07.2019 passed by opposite party no.3 in garb of letter no. 03//s,O,M.U./H.M./Ayush Manav sandhan/2018-2019/2457 dated 18.6.2019 issued by opposite party no.2 and impugned order dated 18.06.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been stopped from working on the post of Ayush Chikitsa Adhikari. He further contended that he has been engaged on contractual basis with the department. He has pointed out certain documents on record which is annexures-1 and 3 to the writ petition. Learned counsel also pointed out that as per para 21 of the office memorandum dated 3.5.2019 that it is not mandatory that any person employed can be made to retire at the age of 65 years. Sri R.S. Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no.2 submitted and pointed out that vide impugned order dated 25.07.2019 has been passed only to provide the birth certificate and there is no illegality or adversity against the petitioner. The petitioner has failed to make out any ground for quashing of the order impugned dated 25.07.2019. the writ petition is devoid of merit and deserves to be dismissed.
