Heard Sri Niklank Kumar Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- Respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner, who is retired Principal of Degree College, has raised a grievance that in spite of direction sanctioning the G.P.F., Regional Higher Educational Officer is not passing any order which is leading the various difficulties as the petitioner needs medical aid in view of heart surgery being conducted on him.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order presented before it.
