Learned Standing Counsel submits that as per instructions obtained by him in compliance of the order of writ Court dated 12th January, 2021 the claim of the applicant has been considered by the authority concerned by passing the order dated 3rd August, 2021 on the representation of the applicant.
In view of the above, the order of the writ Court dated 12th January, 2021 passed in Writ-A No.- 13251 of 2020 has stood complied with.
A copy of the instructions is served upon the learned counsel for the applicant in the Court itself.
The contempt application is, accordingly, consigned to records.
Liberty always rests with the applicant to challenge the order passed by the authority in appropriate proceedings at appropriate forum.
