The seniority list of the employees have been published on 29.12.2017.
The grievance of the petitioner is that in the said seniority list the date of birth and the date of appointment of the respondent no. 4 is incorrectly mentioned. He has submitted an application dated 05.02.2018 before the respondent no. 1 for the necessary correction in the aforesaid seniority list.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 1 to consider the above application of the petitioner for correction in the seniority list, in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the respondent no. 4 as well, most expeditiously, if possible within three months.
