JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition is filed by the de facto complainant seeking to issue writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to forward the petition dated 11.01.2017 for according sanction under Section 188 of Cr.P.C. to the third respondent forthwith.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs respondents 1 and 2 to forward the petition dated 11.01.2017 to the third respondent so as to proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
