This criminal petition is filed to quash proceedings in C.C.No.29 of 2011 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyderabad, Ranga Reddy District.
2. None appeared for the petitioner.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the instructions received from the Station House Officer, L.B. Nagar through letter dated 27.06.2014, the main case ended in acquittal as per judgment dated 01.04.2013.
4. Since the C.C. is disposed of and accused is acquitted, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
