The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer her to the Sadar Hospital District Bareilly or any other hospital within district Bareilly.
Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was transferred from Bareilly to Shahjahanpur vide order dated 31.05.2018 where she has joined. The contention of the petitioner is that her husband is Head of Department in Indian Veterinary Research Institute, District Bareilly and keeping in view the transfer policy of posting of husband and wife together, she may be transferred to district Bareilly. Further request is that her son is suffering from mental illness and on that ground also she may be posted to district Bareilly to look after her son.
Considering these personal difficulties of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1- Principal Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry, U.P. at Lucknow to examine the claim of the petitioner for posting to Bareilly sympathetically considering her family circumstances in view of the transfer policy dated 29.3.2018 expeditiously and preferably within three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in his office.
