The petitioner who holds the substantive post of Level 3(Consultant) at the community centre concerned, has been divested of the charge of Medical Superintendent. Bearing in mind the reasons which stand noticed in the order impugned which has compelled the respondents to take this action, the Court finds no ground warranting interference with the same.
The writ petition is dismissed.
