It is not in dispute that the petitioner was appointed by respondent no.4 i.e. Director, Vibgyor Info Pvt. Ltd.

It appears that the respondent no.4 has a contract with respondent no.2 to supply man-power to respondent no.2.

The petitioner is required to show that the writ is maintainable, even though the petitioner would have a grievance against his employer i.e. respondent no.4, who is a private legal entity.
