JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already been alloted PG Medical seat in the discipline MDRD and therefore, the prayer sought for the petitioner has become infructuous. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
