Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Prashant Arora, learned counsel for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner he is the owner of a plot no. 47, situated at Toja kothi, D.M. Residence Road, near Civil Court, District-Lakhimpur Kheri. Being aggrieved by the installation of the transformer opposite his house, has preferred a representation dated 05.06.2006 raising his grievances. On which Managing Director of U.P. Power Corporation vide order dated 09.06.2006 has passed the following orders :-

But inspite of the said orders so passed in the year 2006 nothing has been done and as such the petitioner has preferred representations again and again. The last representation was preferred by him on 10.02.2014. But no action has been taken. Being aggrieved by the inaction of the opposite parties the instant writ petition has been filed.
Shri Prashant Arora, who has put in appearance on behalf of the U.P. Power Corporation on the basis of instructions submits that he will ensure that the order so passed by the Managing Director will be complied in the later spirit.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition and direct the opposite parties to comply with the order so passed by the Managing Director expeditiously within a period of three months. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
