The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.07.2020 passed in Writ A No.6772 of 2019 (Dr Ram Samujh Dubey Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by learned counsel for the applicant that the order of the writ court has been complied with and no further cause of action would remain survived and this contempt application becomes infractuous and prays of its dismissal.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infractuous.
