Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is working as Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Dhanpura, District Firozabad since 28.04.2010. According to him, he is entitled to Assured Career Progression (ACP) on completion of four years of continuous satisfactory service which has not been given to him. The petitioner in this regard has submitted a representation dated 22.08.2016 to the respondent no.2 Director General, Medical and Health Services, U.P., Lucknow.
The petitioner wants that his aforesaid representation may be considered and decided.
In view of the limited prayer made as above, petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondent no.2 to consider the representation dated 22.08.2016 and subsequent reminder thereof dated 06.09.2017 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of next two months, provided that no order in this regard has already been passed.
The petition is disposed of with the above observation.
