JUDGMENT / ORDER

From a perusal of the averments and the material on record of this petition/application, it appears prima facie, that the orders of this Court dated 13 August 2014 passed in the writ petition as well as the order dated 4 September 2015 passed subsequently in the contempt proceedings, have not been complied with and that there has been wilful and deliberate disobedience of the said order.
Accordingly, let notices be issued to opposite party returnable within four weeks.
