Heard Sri Manoj Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Mata Prasad, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Hemendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.3.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing certain matrimonial cases which are said to be pending at the courts at Kanpur and for the said reason she has represented for consideration of her transfer on the sympathetic grounds.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 has fairly submitted that the representation which is stated to have been submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the authority concerned and appropriate orders would be passed thereon.
Having regard to the facts of the case and as agreed to by the counsel for the parties the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 25.05.2019 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition) within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
