Heard Sri Ujjawal Satsangi learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.R.S Jadaun appearing on behalf of the Banaras Hindu University.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has worked from 1.3.2019 to 19.7.2019 in the Banaras Hindu University as Asstt Professor on contractual basis. However, his services were discharged without any valid reason. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the Right to Information Act, a copy of the order dated 19.7.2019 has been given wherein there is is a noting to the effect that the order for removal may be considered afresh.
The learned counsel for the Banaras Hindu University contends that the conduct of the petitioner was not upto the mark for continuing as Asstt Professor.
Without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation filed by the petitioner which is annexed as Annexure 16 dated 1.3.2019 pending before the Vice Chancellor, Banaras Hindu University may be considered in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order alongwith the copy of the representation is submitted by the petitioner before the Vice Chancellor.
