JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel has received the instruction, which is taken on record.
In the instruction, it has not been denied that before reverting the petitioner on the post of the Lecturer, no approval from the Board has been taken under section 21 of the U.P. Secondary Education (Services Selection Boards) Act, 1982 (U.P. Act No.5 of 1982). The only allegation in the instruction is that the petitioner is indulged in the financial misdemeanor.
Learned Standing Counsel may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
List this case on 25.04.2016.
Till then, the interim order is extended. However, the petitioner shall not draw the amount more than Rs.5000/- without the permission of the District Inspector of Schools.
