In compliance of order dated 20.9.2018, an affidavit has been filed by opposite party no.2 stating that current salary bill of the applicant has been forwarded to the authorities for payment on 22.9.2018. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 states that bill relating to arrears of salary has not been submitted by the applicant but as soon as the same is submitted, it would also be forwarded by the opposite party no.2 to the authorities without any delay on his part.
Having regard to the aforesaid stand taken by opposite party no.2, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
The contempt application is consigned to record.
